Pickled Parrot Phnom Penh
The Pickled Parrot bar is part of the Tonle Sap guesthouse and is Western Owned and Managed. The bar is fully airconditioned and has a rounded menu. Breaking from the trend of 104 street the Pickled Parrot is not a hostess bar. The food is of a good standard and the prices aren't bad.
The bar has an excellent 9 ball table on which a weekly competition is played with other bars that also have a nine ball table.
Recently Renovated in late 2004, The Tonle Sap Guesthouse has rooms from $10-$25.
