Monsoon Wine Bar Phnom Penh

The Monsoon Wine Bar is a very stylish western run bar that also serves some great Pakistani food and has a good range of wines that are avialable by the a generous glass as well as by the bottle.

The bar has an excellent ambiance and makes use of light to highlight the premises. The style of seating is that of large broad benches conviently placed which encourage people to sprawl around.

One of the few non-hostess bars on the 104 street strip it makes a nice alternative and is building a regular clientele amongst the NGO and politically correct expats in Phnom Penh.
